      Pros

      LiquidHub is an organization that is focused on customer engagement which is a very hot area. Lots of industry and technology professionals so always learning. Able to work remotely which saves a lot of commuting time. Not a lot of politics, management is open and honest

      Cons

      Growing fast, sometimes that puts some bumps in the road for new employees.

      Fast moving, smart people, growing, diverse. Good geographic footprint. Some very solid acquisitions. Pushing the definition of digital consulting with some of the big guns.

      Cons

      Growing pains, some executive hires, horrible back office and recruiting functions, typical dead wood issues.
