      Pros

      I can't speak for all of the various teams at LiquidHub, but the one I was positioned with was great. The Account Manager and Assistant made every effort to ensure we had what was needed. Regular visits to the team on-site at the client were the norm. In consulting this can be quite rare. Even though the company is larger, they do everything to keep it feeling as it did when they started.

      Cons

      Tend to jump on the latest trend, typically via acquisitions of smaller specialty companies. Large focus on supplementing on-shore capabilities and teams with cheaper off-shore resources.

      Pros

      -Have a big pool of local clients so once contract is over with one client, it's easy to land on another client -Very good visa support for they do H1B and GC -Competitive compensation for the area -Growing company, so there is not much concern about the future -Client side management is very supportive and responsive

      Cons

      -Company sponsored health insurance is not the best, (Independence Blue Cross sucks out all your bucks) -Less transparency on company's strategic goals higher management keeps changing -Hard to set career goals since you will be moving from one client to another and will be readjusting to client requirements which not always in line with your path
