Joined as Associate Technical Manager, but senior management in Hyderabad was used as developer

Salary payment is punctual Work Life balance is good

Cons

1. Senior management don't know how to use senior resource (like > 13 years). 2. No proper task assignment based on the seniority and previous role played by the resource. 3. Groupism is more at senior level positions who actually runs the show/entire resources of the project/account. 4. Even I worked as Project Manager for 3+ years in US MNC company before joined this company, they used me as developer. I was laid off after 1 year with out assigning any managerial /technical managerial activities So, I suggest not to join in this company as senior level positions (i.e. Managerial).

no points i can think off. Senior management has degrees from reputed institutes, with no common sense

Cons

Very week management. No procedures and processes. Will have to pay heavily trying to implement any positive changes Every project has a Hero/Heroine, shear due to their length of stay with the company Pure body shopping company

After the new management change, I am looking forward for some good to happen.

Cons

Appraisals are not transparent Salary is not at par with Industry standards Vague designations (There is a 2 level for every role. People losing on growth) All short term projects Nothing new to learn No Innovation No respect for time & Individual. Meetings happen in vernacular languages No Professionalism
