Pros
There are some good people there but they seem to be the ones without a decision making power. The company appears to have investor funding.
Cons
Communication is lacking. Company vision, goals and priorities aren't shared with employees or aren't clear. Consulting isn't a strong point for them so if this is your specialty, look elsewhere as staff augmentation is what they do. Compensation is below market averages. Paycheck and expense reimbursement paints a picture of bad money management as expenses take weeks/months to go through approval processes and paying people once a month seems outright silly.
