Too many elephants in the room (in regards to management not in line w/ engineers, vacation/holiday time, salary/raises/bonuses) May not be the right fit for some engineers

I did not have any negative experiences. I hope the management will be able to maintain the culture for years to come and won't lose the things that make LitePoint a special place to be at.
