Poor working conditions: employees instructed to move all work equipment into new facility themselves in summer heat. Had no cooling in facility during summer months. Unprofessional and could have resulted in injuries.
Low wages: took 10 months to receive performance reviews, employees received 3% raises. Employees that have been with the company since the beginning recieved a .30-43 cent raise. Starting pay is not competitive as well.
Antiquated work culture: upper management stock the office fridge with alcohol, schedule excessive outings for investors, and do not paint an honest picture of the facility.
