Management at least attempts to hire a diverse workforce.
Cons
Senior Management is extremely disorganized and secretive. Rarely sharing information with middle management and engineers. Decisions change on a whim, and there's rarely every a well defined plan for any project. Resources available to the company are also extremely lacking, with senior management forcing the staff to pinch pennies as much as possible resulting in significant corner cutting.
