Pros

Litify has some of the smartest people I've worked with. They have a hustle mentality that keeps you on your toes, but keeps work exciting. New leadership across the board is introducing new structure to every team at Litify, time will tell how it affects the day to day of employees. The product has a lot of potential.

Cons

Salaries continue to be on the low end year after year. Raises are teeny tiny, almost laughable. There is a pressure to operate extremely lean, but then that becomes the baseline and you're expected to do more with less all the time.

experienced leadership and reinvigorated culture. Product was always great and hustle was always on but now feels like we have a path to the top. All hands was great and ready to kill it in 24'

still work to do on communication, benefits and process.
