Pros

Sales earning potential is uncapped and the commission structure is pretty favorable. My direct manager is wonderful, which goes a long way. I truly enjoy working with my peers and there are so many smart and talented people to learn from.

Cons

No present CEO and the leadership team has shifted a lot over the last year. Changes in company culture impacting employee retention. No 401k matching, and stock options aren't significant. Base salary raises are hard to come by.
