      Pros

      Co-workers are smart and good at their job.

      Cons

      Leadership can be all over the place, some days they have a clear vision with producible goals and time frames and other days they change everything to add unnecessary changes to projects on the fly while keeping deadlines the same.

      Decent benefits and great individuals to work with despite the process problems

      Cons

      At first, everything is great. When you come on board management treats you like you are the best thing since sliced bread and that you are sure to solve any and all problems. That doesn't last. You don't get the tools to make changes and communication is terrible. From a lack of process, a lack of planning, and a lack of accountability, nothing ever really gets done on time. When things don't get done, they look for someone to blame.

      Pros

      Great coworkers. Some members and managers go above and beyond depending on the team. Remote work is nice.

      Cons

      Weak leadership especially on the engineering side. Engineering teams are understaffed leading to hectic releases and lots of bugs. Lots of experienced leaders and engineers have left recently, putting more pressure on current members. Hard work isn't rewarded and burnout is very real.
