Pros

Great coworkers. Some members and managers go above and beyond depending on the team. Remote work is nice.

Cons

Weak leadership especially on the engineering side. Engineering teams are understaffed leading to hectic releases and lots of bugs. Lots of experienced leaders and engineers have left recently, putting more pressure on current members. Hard work isn't rewarded and burnout is very real.

Cons

Morgan&Morgan name carried them. They have no market fit and no plan. Leadership has little experience and it shows. Compensation is below avg and no one is hitting quota.
