Cons
Raises are not given often or at all. Sometimes there is a disconnect from the Operations and Clinical sides of business that can create barriers to work through but overall everyone tries hard to listen and support each position. The company is working on growing and expending to provide services to families in need all over the east coast, but in doing this, they are opening new centers before making sure the current ones are running as best as possible.
