I love how the training process works at little leaves. They don’t leave a tech alone with a client until they feel 100% comfortable! Senior staff is always around to ask questions and be supportive. Little leaves sets you up for success in the field of ABA

Cons

It can get a little overwhelming at times, just as any job can. Staff and team are supportive and help you get through it and can be super flexible
