Terrible Leadership

Pros

The company is driven for growth and the mission of the organization is the central focus to which all decisions are made - "matching providers with clients". Simple.

Cons

The company still operates in many ways like a start-up, despite having support, funding and resources to expand and offer more expansive benefits to it's employees (to which is does not). Leadership is out of touch with what makes employees happy. Very top down, micro-managing approach in regards to leadership. SVP oversees daily operations and is awful to work with - plays favoritism based on friendships, is regularly blatantly disrespectful and unprofessional to those under her. Good luck if you need to tell her she's wrong on an issues...

Thank you for your review! Feedback is important to us. Regarding benefits, all our full-time staff are eligible for the full panel of benefits including health, dental, vision, retirement, life insurance, mental health support, etc. These benefits are offered to support the health and well-being of staff outside of work and are the same benefits offered to all employees of FullBloom. We are always looking for better ways to support our team members and appreciate feedback so we can improve. Little Leaves and FullBloom have an open-door policy when it comes to communicating with leadership. And if there is an issue, we do want to hear about it. Anyone is welcome to contact HR, Compliance or the President at any time as staff opinions and insights are valuable. We know our team members are integral in the development of our organization and we welcome the contributions.

Pros

- 8-5 schedule - no weekends

Cons

- burnout - if you do your job correctly, they expect everything from you and nothing from the others - “promoted” to sbt but no actual pay raise, just more responsibilities

Thank you for your review! We understand that working as a registered behavior technician can be challenging, especially when your work depends on other team members for support. Here at Little Leaves, all our staff are held to the same standards of competency, professionalism, and workload. Senior behavior technicians are offered the opportunity to increase their skillset should they desire to grow in the ABA field. We aim to provide the support necessary for staff to carry out their job duties, but we know that burnout does happen and are always looking for ways to better support our team. We truly appreciate your time spent at our Germantown clinic as a senior behavior technician and value your feedback.
