While working as a registered behavior technician can be challenging, here at Little Leaves we aim to provide the training and support necessary for staff to carry out their job duties while still maintaining high-quality clinical standards for our clients. Our senior clinical staff go above and beyond for their clients and are always available to provide clinical support to staff but we know that burnout does happen and are always looking for ways to better support our team. We truly appreciate your time spent at our Silver Spring clinic. At all our clinics we utilize cleaning staff to keep our facilities tidy. Notably, our Silver Spring team will be relocating to our newly constructed center location on Colesville Road this summer!
