Rules are constantly changing, not consistent in schedule, a lot of unhappy employees and I’ve seen them fire for some unreasonable thing. They force you to use PTO even if you don’t want to. Made me go into a lot of negatives before leaving and took my whole check with it.

Hours are no longer guaranteed. The company does a lot of changes often and the turnover rate is high. We do a lot but are underpaid. Also when it comes to work life balance it is difficult because the hours a day are long. We are there from 8-5 often with only 30 min breaks. Its also hard when trying to use pto they want you to give a 4 weeks notice when in reality life happens.
