      The only thing that is good about this position is that it's 4 days a week, you get 3 day weekends. .

      Cons

      You might be able to find some friendly help but not likely, training new people is not done properly, they throw you in there with no training and think that that is okay, it's a medical company that builds things to save lives! They need to treat people better, The company treats the production floor like they are uneducated people, and treat everyone else outside of the production floor a lot better. The company is very unfair. The production floor is where it means the most, that's what keeps the company running, treat everyone with respect and maybe they will stay longer.

      Great therapy, it can change a patient's life. Hard working, talented people with good attitudes that try to do their best.

      Cons

      Toxic culture. No respect or concern for talented employees. Turn over is increasing due to lower commissions and big increases in goals.
