      Few good products with a reasonable market share

      Cons

      Too much office politics, distributor mindset, huge inventory without realizing the importance of goods collecting dust on shelves. No leadership. Giving self-importance instead of investing in talented people. The customer base has started eroding gradually. Incompetent managers.

      Decent compensation and benefits Decent culture in how employees are treated

      Neuro R&D has many issues - from top leadership, to frequently changing development methods and tools, to numerous quality issues with commercially released products. They spend so much time and money on fixing field issues that their new product development cycles are seriously compromised (and often cancelled or reset). This has a increasingly detrimental impact on the company's image and ultimately, potential revenue.
