- No work life balance - expect to be there super early and leaving super late every day, to the point it adding up to almost an extra day of work every week. It is expected that you are in the office during specific hours, which most days adds up to 9.5-10 hours/day. It may not be explicitly stated, but you will learn over time that it is expected of uyou and if you dont follow suit you are look upon as not as much of a hard worker as your coworkers. Either way, your workload will be heavy so you will need those extra hours to finish things.

That's it. Don't expect any fun activities outside of the office, ever. They do not care about your social wellbeing at work and do not understand that this would improve employee morale significantly. Employees are not treated to even at least one company funded dinner per year, making employees feel unappreciated. High turnover is slowly becoming a norm and employees complain to each other about no social activities put together by work.
