Lively atmosphere Can be fun at times

Cons

It's a boys club Gotta be one of the boys and party with higher ups. Nothing but politics and favoritism. Job performance means Nothing here. Company closed 2 venues in the last year and knew for months they were going to close but gave none of us a heads up to seek other employment. Completely ruthless

Corporate management is a complete joke. There favorite motto is enduring pain creates excellence. NO. Enduring pain creates burn out and resentment. You are nothing but a number on a spreadsheet to them. You are not a person to this company. The CFO once wanted to fire a guy for going to his grandmas funeral…. They preach about culture in the interview process but they don’t practice what they preach. This is the most toxic company I have ever worked for. What’s a bonus?
