Pros

Teammates are focusing on the success of each other rather than their own. Work is balanced between everyone and when someone starts being, even a bit, over charged, it's a reflex to ask him or her if they can help.

Cons

Depending on where your office is, you might get fewer opportunities for free concert benefit.

Pros

If you love music and have a passion for this business you couldn't ask for a better work environment. There a great perks and benefits to being apart of the largest live music entertainment company in the world. With hard work and efforts you can set yourself up within this company for a long prosperous future, but it doesn't come easy. You have to set goals, meet expectations, and outshine the rest. Ask, work hard, and you shall receive.

Cons

The only criticism I have is in regards to training. I personally feel from experience and observation that training at other venues is great, but there needs to be a venue specific training that is transparent for each role. It seems that each venue operates differently. Therefore, the offsite training only benefits to a certain degree. Have a training program/guide in place that is specific to each venue/position would be key to setting up a new employee for success and reduce the adaption time for new hires.

Pros

Great pay and bonuses if you're a senior executive. Live Nation would do well to spread the wealth amongst the entire staff, not just senior executives.

Cons

Lack of support for innovation and day to day staff. Too often the company viewed the more junior staff as expendable, which is short sighted.
