Pros

This was my very first job. It was an amazing opportunity for something to start out on. You get to really experience customer service and have fun while working. You get to hear live concerts for free and get paid to enjoy it. Management is very nice, courteous and trustworthy.

Cons

The hours are long but worth it, breaks are 15 minutes but by the time you get across the center to a food place or to a bathroom, you're running low on break time so you have to rush. You're standing your entire shift.

Pros

Opportunities for growth and relocation. The job comes with great perks and benefits.

Cons

The bureaucracy that comes along with working for a large corporation makes it difficult to affect change sometimes - at least not at a fast rate. Salaries for support staff are too low for the work required.

Pros

Cool job working in media and entertainment.

Cons

I've worked there for 5years and received alot of praise for hardwork. Unfortunately that did not translate into a raise or promotion. People are overworked thus having low morale. No company culture.
