Biggest Company in Live Entertainment
Pros
-Biggest & for the most part the best company in the world for Live Entertainment and Production. -This is a great place to get on a trajectory toward the upper ranks of the Concert Industry -The company produces an incredible array of live concerts, all of which employees have a certain amount of priority access too (although not often free) -If you play your cards right, do thorough work and have patience, I believe this company eventually has the potential to put you in a position that you want to be in
Cons
-There is no proper structure for employee reviews & feedback and as such there is no set structure for either salary increases OR promotions. The "waiting game" can be very long without any clear signs of when you will receive a promotion or raise. -The disparity in pay between upper management and junior employees is shocking, especially considering my previous comment -The pay is at or below market value
