Pros

Was at every concert for free, met several artists and got to go backstage with minimal effort. Recommended for anyone who wants the little extras that very few ever get to see from their favorite artists.

Cons

Manager was new to his role and although he was wonderful at his job he needed help giving direction. I learned very little about the music industry, you must be able to work independently often.

Pros

I worked at First Midwest Bank Amphitheatre. Working at a concert venue is very fun and exciting. Being around people that are having fun and majority of them are happy to be there. The staff is pretty nice also.

Cons

Every once in awhile you will run into a person that doesnt want to listen to you, but then you can call security. Unless you are security :/ Also it gets hot so when the sun is out, bring shades and a bottle of water. Also, you do have those coworkers that act like managers. *rolls eyes* Disclaimer: you cannot be caught watching the concerts
