Pros

Investing heavily in tech to enhance products, well positioned for continued growth (can't replace a live experience), solid management team (some clean up happened in the last couple of years that greatly improved the culture and focus throughout the company), open minded about growth opportunities and generous vacation.

Cons

There is a relentless dedication to getting this right. In the long term this is a good thing but sometimes in the short term there is time spent on getting things right that aren't a priority/don't matter.
