Pros

old timers can still work remote old timers still have decent pay

Cons

company has gone majorly downhill, newhires no longer allowed to work from home full time w/o manager approval, and the remote office stipend is gone. The Mgmt has also decided to punish the NYC office in particular by not having/ cancelling the Christmas party. Every other office , even in high cost location like Paris, London, & & SF has gotten their Office Party scheduled. Even the minor offices like Little Rock. Mgmt probably doesn't give a damn about the NYC office b/c the employees there are first on the list to be offshored to India, and so the Mgmt didn't even bother w/ the Christmas Party this year. I bet the NYC Office is on the list to be closed, just like the Boston & Philly offices were last year. This is a bone-headed move for an ad-based biz, b/c there are so many clients that are NYC based, and the NYC area employees bring in at least 35% -40% of the Company Revenue. But no, the greedy , entitled Mgmt want to insult , punish the NYC employees in particular by cancelling their holiday party, while every other office gets to have theirs, just so that they can pay some greedy executive their bonus instead! Also, you claim you have no idea about workforce strategy and India expansion, yet you are shady liars, and not very good ones. The jobs are posted on your own website, and india people are reaching out to us on linked in about your hiring plans, while you claim to be ignorant about it. You cannot have it both ways.

Pros

They can offer decent compensation

Cons

Absolutely nothing. This was the worst place I've ever worked and I'd recommend working retail before working here. I didn't feel like this was a safe, inclusive environment where I could thrive as a person of color because of terrible coworkers who ignored my expertise and were outright condescending or talked over me at every time. There were awful people in other departments and leaders who yelled at me and a colleague for 20 minutes for being new and not being aware that we needed to inform her about something. Senior leadership is a joke. They don't make data-driven decisions or when they do, they don't understand the data enough so the decisions they make are bad. A lot of the leaders are home-grown and have no real knowledge of how real companies operate so they're really bad at making good long-term strategies as evidenced by their volatile year. Finally, It takes months to get access to basic tools like Excel and Tableau and you have to schedule meetings with IT to justify the expense. They're a sinking ship

Pros

Pay can be fair however because the economy is saturated it seems they are changing pay scale and rates are adjusting for current job openings to be under what current positions make. Some employees are incredible to work with. There are definitely great benefits- $140 cell phone, and internet/month, $375/qtr life reimbursements, $750 home office initial set up,

Cons

Senior leaders are disengaged from what is actually happening with living the values through the company. These aren’t really driven through the fabric of the company. Live by CYA- piece of advice…
