      we all want to sell 7 figure deals, few actually do. You can do that here at LiveRamp.

      Cons

      It's still a growing company despite being public so as long as you come in with the right expectations should be fine.

      Great place to work that truly cares about it's employees

      Pros

      The people! I have yet to meet someone who isn't very bright, very helpful and non-presumptuous. The company truly cares about its employees. It's very inclusive and is constantly soliciting feedback to make sure this is a great place to work. The communication is excellent. There is PLENTY to learn. I'm learning something new every day - whether it be new technology or something about Ad-Tech.

      Cons

      Not much. The only possible downfall, which might be a positive for some, is that I am constantly doing different types of work. If you want to sink your teeth into a single product for a long time, this may not be the ideal place for you.
