Pros

They used to offer remote work, good pay, and that was about it.

Cons

This company needs to stop commenting to negative reviews here that some employees have been impacted by the recent reduction in force (Fall 2022) and thus are jaded and prone to leaving negative feedback. This company needs to learn to own their own mistakes. The list of cons is so long that it would not fit here. Leave this company, or avoid it altogether as you will face nothing but mismanagement, false promises, and some serious business challenges, long term and short term. Without going further in detail, their stock was over $80 two years ago, only to hover around $15 a couple of months ago. If that does not speak for itself, then I do not know what will - and it has nothing to do with negative reviews here or impacted/laid off employees. The CEO needs to resign if this company wants to stand the chance. Senior management needs to stop acting as if they are the orchestra on the Titanic, continuing to play music while it's sinking and they are acting as if nothing is wrong. This company is obsessed with their reputation and will go into great lengths to get their new employees to post here glowing reviews. How can you post a review if you just recently started your job? How about when you are out of that place, jaded or not?

Pros

Salary on par for role in the industry Benefits

Cons

I cannot believe that in 2022 I can actually say that I was bullied by my direct manager. Constant verbal abuse, belittling, and gaslighting. Toxic boys club culture straight out of the ‘80s. Close to ZERO training on the product or anything related to my actual job. I spent several months learning the products on my own - just to be told over and over that no one in the company was trained and it was common to be lost/confused for the first year or more while ppl train themselves while doing their jobs. There was a major shift in product from point solutions to platform 2-3 months after I was hired. Every single team had training and sales resources EXCEPT for mine. I asked the L&D leadership for resources relevant to my dept and was told that if I wanted training or sales materials I needed to create them myself. Yep. Create training materials for myself - the person with no training - asking for training. There’s not enough time to write out the red flags raining from LiveRamp.
