      -Tons of personal autonomy -Lots of room for professional growth -Start-up culture in an established company -Standing desks -Lots of opportunity to try new things -VERY friendly people

      -Need to be a self-starter -Complex product -Lots of self-teaching -Cross team communication can be difficult -Need to set work/life boundaries yourself

      Pros

      -Fun, fast-paced environment. -Great people -- smart, fun and challenge you to always learn more and grow. They're also the same people you want to grab a beer with after work. -Recognition for top performers and a culture where you really want to succeed and perform at a high level.

      Cons

      -Steep learning curve -Training can really improve. The notion of "throwing you into the fire" works to an extent, but loses some efficiency due to the minimal training.

      Hard work and success are recognized and rewarded. LiveRamp is a very supportive organization that values their employees. LiveRamp goes to great lengths to make sure that their employees are happy and successful in their roles.
