Pros

Competitive salary, benefits, and perks Transparent leadership and open communication Fairly flat organization with little bureaucracy Excellent technology and utilization of collaboration tools Strong sense of community Quick response to Covid-19 crisis. Leadership has been overwhelmingly understanding of the challenges of working from home and has been very flexible with expectations.

Cons

Company growing very quickly, and sometimes there is confusion with "who does what", specifically with support departments.

Fellow LiveRamper - Hope that all is well in NYC, and thanks for sharing your experience. The entire team is working hard to support one another during COVID. Together, we have a good chance of not simply surviving the pandemic, but coming out of it in an even strong position to grow and serve our customers. Thank you for being part of the journey! - Brandon

Pros

1. Great work-life balance! 2. Opportunities to grow within the organization! 3. Managers/LiveRamp trusts you to get your work done. No micromanagement! 4. When working with internal folks, everyone is super responsive and willing to help out! 5. Lots of autonomy! 6. Solid perks, fair compensation, fitness reimbursement, 401k match, free lunches, happy hours, team outings, etc

Cons

With the pros being said, I'm fortunate to be on a team that allows for such a great work-life balance. Not sure I can speak to all teams...but similar to what other people have said, as a company scales and grow, there will be some pain points that we as a team need to overcome.

Thanks very much for sharing your experience, and for all you're doing with our customers as part of our sales team. We're always looking for ways to get even better as we scale—I'd personally welcome ideas as they come to mind. As we say, "Feedback is fuel!" - Brandon

Pros

Currently, work life balance, freedom, mostly great team managers, free food, health benefits, dog-friendly office. Not confined to a period of work hours, your desk, or the office.

Cons

Have been working here for over a year and have never received a pay increase, though responsibilities and workloads have increased. Company reorg has soured the atmosphere, lots of teams up in the air, people leaving right now because their teams have been eliminated due to reorg Health insurance isn't the best, I've had better at start ups that had less budget. Submitted referrals for interview consideration, company didn't even look at the referrals, ignored it for weeks but continued to spam linkedin that they were hiring for those positions. Company changed seat assignments and did not assign seats for my team. They told us to either work from home or float around. When we pressed for seating, they assigned two small desks for the handful of us in a dark back corner of an empty section. The company forgot about my team mates work anniversaries. They give out gifts on your work anniversary but they let us fall through the cracks. Reached out to the team that gives gifts and their only response was "we have a new gift system starting two weeks ago" but didn't even try to correct their error. Stock price continues to fall Lunches get stolen on a daily basis from the fridge

Fellow LiveRamper - Thanks for this review, especially the specific areas where you've seen things fall through the cracks as we've scaled this past year. In keeping with our culture of collaboration and continuous learning, here are some specific next steps based on your feedback: - On pay and performance: Discussing with your manager is a good next step (if not already). And in addition, my door is open anytime to talk through our pay philosophy. Our aim to to make sure that every LiveRamper knows how their pay is determined, so let's get this right for you. - On employee referrals: We value these a great deal! 1/3 of new hires come from referrals, though it sounds like we didn't close the loop with yours. Simply reach out to Erika Thorson-Garay, our Head of Talent Acquisition, with details on the roles you referred candidates into—that will help Erika's team ID and address the root cause. - On health insurance: Our health coverage is in the top quartile relative to our peers. While that puts us well above average, there are surely companies feature even lower costs. We use employee feedback to determine where to invest in benefits, which led to our doubling of our 401(k) match to 100% in 2019, as well as 16 weeks of paid parental leave for our U.S. team. - On anniversaries: We have a good solution for these moving forward, though let's get you your gift from the past year! Simply reach out to me and I'll personally make sure that you receive your anniversary swag. Many thanks again for this feedback—it's what makes us better. -Brandon
