Otherwise, good luck *no long term strategy -company has a 90 degree pivot every 2-3 years *no culture - management has a 'do as I say, not as I do' mentality *only the specific projects/efforts prioritized by the executive team are worked on and incentivised. This makes it so everyone jumps on the same things and no one collaborates.
