Pros

You get to work with big companies, you get a lot of exposure and visibility into client's pain points and problems. Solving interesting questions (though some clients just want to do sketchy things with their data). Benefits are decent.

Cons

90% of the sales team is dumb, solutions that we have suck, clients have to buy services and ongoing support just to use the product that they bought. Product was built separately and old, so nothing works together and doesn't work well. No ownership across the org, everyone points fingers because no one knows how to do anything. Client teams are so bloated and yet nothing gets done. Sales team is toxic, every stereotype you hear about sales people is true here.
