Pros

LiveRamp is a fun place to work. Free meals. Fun and generally nice coworkers. Open PTO. Awesome CEO!

Cons

Too much politics and bureaucracy for a company this size. Awkward competing products/motives with parent Acxiom. At times, it seems that products are developed on a whim and not well maintained.

Pros

-Incredible team of bright, kind and hardworking people -Strong emphasis on individual freedom -Great work culture with a very inviting atmosphere -Little to no bureaucratic blockers - if you have an idea/improvement you'd like to pursue, you are free to do so -Great benefits - Unlimitted PTO, catered lunches, medical/dental/vision, work remote as you'd like

Cons

It's a testament to how much I like working here that I'm struggling to find cons. If any I'd say it's the growing pains that come with a rapidly growing company - but this is not specific to LiveRamp.

Pros

You are quickly given more and more responsibility as you show a propensity to handle it. You get to work with very smart, hardworking people that are also fun to be around. Very flexible on working from home, PTO, etc. - culture is one where managers don't micromanage and as long as you're accomplishing your tasks you're given a lot of freedom.

Cons

Extremely rapid growth in headcount is like going through "company puberty," but it's not a LiveRamp-specific problem. In fact, I think they handle it better than most from what I've gathered in speaking with others who have been in similar situations.
