Pros
I've wanted to work for LiveRez for a long time but was too scared to make a Life Change. It finally happened and It's been the BEST year of my life!!! I cannot express in words how much I love my job!!! I look forward to going to work everyday because we are a True Team that works together and takes credit together. I feel so appreciated by Management that I want to give 110% effort each and every day at work. I cannot express how good it feels to hear "Thank You", "We Appreciate you", 'You are Amazing" and my favorite "I couldn't do my job without you." I feel like I've finally found my place and a New Family all in one . Lunch is provided to all employees every Thursday. We have "Happy Hour" one a week to train and go over any "issues" or questions employees feel like they need extra assistance with. Management will be there to answer my questions as well as my co-workers. This is what I mean when I say it's a TEAM environment. I can sum this up by saying "Choose a Job you Like and You will NEVER have to work a day in your life" ~ Confuscius
Cons
I only get to talk to Partners on the phone, I miss the face to face contact......WAIT!!!......I not only get to talk to them on the phone daily if needed but we hold "Partner Conference" every year where we gather together like a HUGE family reunion with Employees and Partners. This is our chance to create a personal connection with our Partners and boy is it FUN!!!!
