      Pros

      As you may be able to piece together by recent inflammatory reviews, LiveRez has recently cleaned house of a number of management employees. I can tell you that people are not fleeing or being fired weekly, rather the consensus seems to be that our recent turnover has put the company back on track, and that the office dynamic has become overwhelmingly more positive and friendly! The CEO constantly puts employees and partners first, contrary to what these disgruntled employees may claim. The LiveRez work environment is like a family- friendly, and always supportive. Even more-so now that management has been shifted. You would be hard pressed to find this culture in another work environment.

      Cons

      The previous manager, was a bit... tyrannical. Favoritism was a major factor in upward mobility in the company. Money was not managed well. Luckily, she is no longer a part of the LiveRez family.

      Sinking Ship

      Pros

      Paycheck is on time. Turns out other companies have that going on for them also.

      Cons

      LiveRez has completely lost its culture and focus. The owner started coming into the office the last few months and has completely ruined the work environment. There is no respect given to anyone and employees are rules with fear and threats about losing jobs based on "disloyalty" There are no longer plans for the future and team members are quitting or being fired weekly. Outlook appears to be a winding down of growth and innovation teams.

      Good people working for the organization, Great customers

      Cons

      Owner is horrible. He is mean but tells us all non stop how nice he is. He tells us that he "pays our mortgages" and that all he wants from us is "loyalty". The environment has completely changed and none of us found ourselves even wanting to come into the office overnight. There is no innovation the owner/ceo has no new ideas at all. No openess to actual feedback only wants to hear what he wants to hear. People are being fired or quitting weekly.
