Pros

Unlimited PTO, great medical, dental, and vision benefits. Flexible schedule.

Cons

My tenure at the company had its share of challenges. The unexpected layoffs were unsettling, revealing a need for better communication during critical moments. Additionally, promotions seemed influenced by personal relationships rather than merit, creating a less-than-ideal professional environment. Interpersonal drama within and between sectors further impacted productivity. While the company has its strengths, addressing these issues transparently and fostering a more merit-based culture could greatly enhance the overall employee experience.

Pros

The idea behind the mission is cool and when possible you do important work. Also, there are some amazing people sprinkled throughout the not so good senior leadership and management.

Cons

A lot of the management are not good people to work under. They have no empathy nor do they know the basics of conversation with employees. Case in point they told us the lay off right before Christmas was a surprise. Surprise when? It wasn’t. They don’t care about there employees.be care a lot of people smile to each other but then talk about each other behind their backs.
