A lost opportunity

Pros

The company does have a few great and valuable team members. As much as I always over heard what was said about HR and how they were constantly blamed for stupid and petty things, those ladies were great! Always helpful, approachable and never made you feel like you were bothering them or not heard. Always offering to bring food back from where they went to lunch (and that’s if they were able to leave for lunch). In reading some of the past reviews on this forum, my experience with them was always great and positive vs. what I heard in passing from executives and other managers speaking negatively and setting the tone for how those ladies were treated. Those ladies were approachable and tried to give the best confidential experience they could despite being in a fishbowl of an office. I hope things change for them. The marketing team is another great bunch. Always so helpful and creative. The production team, without them this could not be possible. Very hard working and loyal team members that through the struggles always meet the goals. (As it was constantly stated in their town halls) One of the fun perks was bringing pets in to the office.

Cons

This was a lost opportunity for the company. For the following reasons: 1) never received positive feedback only negative. This seems to be across the board as I always overheard from conversations in passing. 2) Company focuses on consistently giving quarterly reviews but ignore the constructive criticism and actually make you feel alienated in your job and difficult to be team as family. 3) I’ve seen and witnessed how the executive team will talk down and belittle team members (long time, loyal hard working team members) and departments which also set the tone for others to continue the disrespect. 4) in speaking with my peers it’s commonly known that there is a lot of racism towards our Hispanic employees with their pay and how they are treated, here in the office but wouldn’t be surprised if it was at all our locations.

Pros

Nothing good to say, they are terrible. Everyone is looking for another job!

Cons

Pretty much a thankless, monotonous, soul sucking job where you're treated like you are a robot and invisible. Upper management was very rude and belittling to employees multiple times. Racism is blatant and has always been under the rug. You are told to report, talk to your leaders etc but nothing will happen. No follow up or repercussions for racist remarks. If you are looking for a job where you will be appreciated for your hard work and contribution...this is not the place!

Pros

My boss and immediate coworkers are great to work with, the products and office are very nice and the parties they throw for the entire company are good and they do their best to make them fun and rewarding

Cons

Everything else…. the culture is toxic and there are cliques everywhere. High school anyone? Benefits are poor. Management has no strategy. Pay is bad unless youre in one of the offices… and even then. The pay literally is unlivable for some of the hardest jobs. No telecommute work. They wont invest in you or or anything to help make your job less stressful and will keep piling on more work. They pretend youre family until its time to let people go, and many layoffs of good people have happened over the last year. Dont let them fool you into thinking they want to invest in you, they dont want you to know your worth and leave for better opportunities
