Some team members were genuinely talented.

Cons

The lack of resources was infuriating, leaving everyone feeling confused and frustrated. The boss hoarded funds, making it impossible to complete even basic projects effectively. It was as if they prioritized profit over people, which led to a dreadful environment that stifled creativity. No one felt valued or heard, and it became painfully obvious that the company's priorities were all wrong.

Interesting company and products, nice office.

Cons

Terrible working hours, brutal workloads, and horrible manager! Management abuses employees and refuses to pay overtime for the extra hours worked! HR was no use and super stressful deal with!

You get some experience, but it's not worth staying here longer.

Cons

I would use extreme caution taking any position at this company. Turnover is crazy high. They when regularly underpay people. Do not trust management. Nepotism is rampant with a frat bro culture where managers hire their family and friends. Work somewhere else where employees are actually respected.
