No direction, No commission, Micromanaging!
Pros
Outside of the leadership team and line managers, there are some really talented, caring people (from other reviewers this is true). Unfortunately they are all leaving or been made redundant!
Cons
Leadership change the goal posts on targets regularly, blaming investors wanting to see different metrics. My line manger accused me of looking for another job, tbh I am, due to the terrible culture and micromanagement. However he was aggressive in his approach, which shows me why staff turnover is so high. Targets are hit, however commission is not transparent, and is paid more if you a liked. Poor training across all products and nobody is motivated to help. Also expenses not paid regularly even though correct procedures followed, just yes we will sort on next pay run. Which comes and goes.
