- Positive co-workers and always looking out for each other even in this pandemic and we had to work from home - Always striving for success - Leadership is not afraid to implement changes and encourages everyone to try it - Leadership encourages initiatives and for everyone to lead by example - Trust within the company that everyone is doing their jobs and responsibilities especially that everyone is working from home

Cons

Tries a lot of different software which led to losing some important information such as contact details. Sometimes the migration had to be done manually and takes so much time.

Great management, empowering team members, overall great culture and also amazing product! Supposedly a start up, but doesn't feel like it. There are systems in place and catch ups for the team to be collaborating and encourages you to be your best self. Culture, tech, colleagues, overall the best place I've worked at.

Cons

As we're in the tech and start up space, there's always changing or rather improving systems.
