- As a lot of reviews have stated, the work environment needs to improve. A lot of bullying, bad business practices and simply toxic. Some employees have developed anxiety to work. - Leaders don't know how to delegate and communicate which makes it difficult for teams to understand the company's direction and goals - Career opportunities are inexistent, employee turnover the highest I've ever been exposed to - Mostly juniors in all roles across departments to save costs, ultimately no one knows what they are doing - Pay is way lower than market standards

Just a really dishonest company. I feel sorry for restaurants, they have to share their minimal margins with a company that promised them the world but does nothing on the back end but pocket their margins. Management flaunting ‘wealth’ all over social media. Asides from this - the bully culture and threats within this company need to be highlighted. Unfortunately for you, employees now have these platforms to call you out. There are plenty of great startups out there, this isn’t one of them.
