Pros

Many goods people work here, gym membership.

Cons

Many good people’s made redundant, I worry for job. Bad culture, so much company meetings no time for clients, I have no support from manager, just constant questions on targets everyday.

Pros

This project shows great promise and is quite thrilling, and I've had the pleasure of working alongside many exceptional colleagues. This was an exceptional learning opportunity, as they entrusted individuals who could demonstrate their abilities with an immense amount of responsibility. Although I lacked formal qualifications in my field, they offered the opportunity for their employees to either succeed or fail based on their own merits, and fortunately, I succeeded. Compared to my peers in similar positions, I can confidently say that I learned a lot more than they did.

Cons

I am confident in stating that both myself and many of my colleagues at Liven have been subjected to bullying that has caused lasting anxiety beyond our employment here. It is a common occurrence to witness employees having their job security threatened, and being given unrealistic targets and KPIs to achieve.

Pros

Honestly, none. After what I’ve gone through here, the bad completely overshadows any good.

Cons

- Leave system contains errors that directly affect pay, and employees can end up bearing the cost. - HR is slow to respond and rarely takes proactive action. - Employment instability due to multiple contracting entities over short periods. - Terminations can feel unfair and arbitrary (e.g., salary being “too high”). - Bonus schemes take a long time to implement and may not align with termination decisions.
