Pros

The free lunches on the weekends and that's it.

Pros

Nice building. Free lunch on the weekend

Cons

Free lunch in breakroom surrounded by flies. Too many young kids that don't clean up after themselves. Night janitors don't clean. Training for new employees not good. But, you're always being told you should know how to do your job. Pay is not good.
