Pros

Meet lots of young people, easy to take time off, you might get a bonus sometimes

Cons

Management are super lazy, and toxic, they actively talk bad about employees in front of team members, and refuse to help employees with any issues either dealing with customers or job issues. They are perpetually understaffed and just force extra work on those who actually show up and do the job, no matter how often you bring the same issue up it won't be fixed even if you go to the highest management possible, they don't care about any employee working there, all the management cares about is getting their bonus, and don't let them tell you that hourly associates get bonuses too I worked there over a year and our store only got a bonus one time. You'll work 11 plus hour days every weekend and sell millions of dollars in product for them so they can pay you 35K or less and you'll still have to deal with all the same crap all sales people deal with like KPI's and forced trainings and endless motivational speeches. This is ONLY a job to take if you want something short term or part time. Don't drink the kool-aid and try to make it a career or long term solution!

Pros

Lots of free food and events if you're into those sorts of things.

Cons

Open culture of sexual harassment within management. Boys club at the top. A bunch of management went to college together and some were in a frat together - they look out for eachother and treat the rest of the employees like slave labor.

Pros

Wage is above the minimum.

Cons

So unprofessional that I did not receive adequate training, a schedule, or any store information before being asked to participate in the store's construction - not in my job description. I came in for training and received none. The management was cold, passive aggressive, and clearly did not care about me beyond my ability to put in a few hours of labor to get the store set up. I was passed off to multiple people in order to do something so simple as put in my time for the day. No one even called me to check in after I no-showed on the second day - funny, you'd think no one cared. Absolutely astounding.
