Pros

Gret team environment. working there was overall a fun experience.

Cons

your pay is not based on commission which is nice because it's not super competitive but if you're a good salesperson you'd make a lot more money if it were commission.

This job will not love you back

Pros

I have met nice customers.

Cons

I have been at Living Spaces for over a year now. This job states they do not have a quota, however they do have Expectations. The entire concept and culture of this company is a lie from the start. There is no growth, they do not follow Covid-19 protocol, and the bonus structure they promise rarely pays off. They push you like your on commision, just to make a below average hourly wage. Ive sold over 1,000,000 dollars worth of furniture, trained countless employees, and when its time to ask for a raise or promotion, management is no where to be found. The food is cold and is overly repetitive. The AC does not work. The theatros that are required to be worn are just tracking devices to say the least. Run away as fast as you can.

Pros

Non-commissioned, flexible schedules, and good training materials for new or seasoned employees.

Cons

Management progressively falling apart and have lost majority of the staff's respect. Disarray, Reactionary, Dissension and Dysfunctional. Too much "this is the way we've always done things" mentality. We're very short staffed but management doesn't like to hire or effectively train. Sales Supervisors are relegated to be salespeople instead of supervising their staff. Business managers all seem burnt out and surely don't care to keep staff zoning accountability. Resulting in a reoccurring train wreck on weekends. Product pricing, tagging, inventory accuracy and POS have so many discrepancies that effect the customer. Employees stress but most importantly, the customers are negatively impacted by poor management.
