Micro Managed, Poor Pay for work produced, Employee retention is horrible and there are glaring reasons for this, the incessant chatter on the radio has to be better managed (most of us are professionals from a previous time and dont need to be treated like were first timers at there first job) Not to mention some Managers have ZERO clue as how to motivate, Creating a very undesirable work environment
