Pros

Product is great, prices are great. Employees are family.

Cons

Make up your mind! What direction do you want to go?? 26 managers in the store and none of them are able to manage anything. Introduced a new directive/program every month only to have it fall to the wayside the following month. Let sales people focus on selling. Do not treat sales staff like children. Pay more and introduce base plus commission.

Pros

Nice furniture. Some great people that have to work under some extreme conditions with minimal pay. Stay away from this company unless Amazon buys them out.

Cons

Terrible corporate structure. Micromanaging to an extreme. Your opinion doesn’t matter. Try a positive work environment, you might be able to hire and retain people. You want to be a big company, need to learn how to operate like one.
