Pros

FREEMONT- free lunch on the weekends, they have an employee kitchen w sodas and the job is a little bit over minimum $ job which is okay

Cons

Negative environment.. let me start with management, they are rude and nice on some days (bipolar) mostly it's all rude so when they're having a day, they have so much attitude so they throw it at their employees which is so unfair. There are bonuses but you never really get them because the requirements are unreal and they hype you so much about it.. it's irritating. Barely any raises. Stop it with CARE FREE because not everyone wants it. There's so much pressure from the whole team because people go crazy over sales like why is everyone fighting over sales like we're not even on commission?

Horrible place to work

Pros

There are some nice people who work there but most of them are NOT in management

Cons

All the company really cares about is profit. They expect their employees to work long hours with minimal training and they will write you up for not performing your job correctly even though you were not trained. If you do not meet sales goals you will be terminated. Your raises and reviews are based on surveys that consumers fill out. Since their delivery and quality of service are frequently poor, employees suffer in the paycheck because their performance is rated poorly even if they did everything right.

Pros

competitive pay, friendly respectful managers, free lunch on the weekends, bonuses

Cons

long shifts during holidays, too much push on selling, really high sales goals are stressful-feels like working on commission -some co-workers are too aggressive, no benefits for part-timers, the design department/area needs aesthetic improvement
