Pros

Good training, free food on the weekends.

Cons

Very pushy about numbers, feels like a commissioned sales environment even though they are not (honestly I understand that to stay in business they need to make sales but it could be better). Conflicts and concerns are not taken seriously.

Pros

Living Spaces will be the only place to buy furniture in the US in the next 10 -20 years as long as they can keep up with demand. They have great business model offering great furniture at a great price. I worked in the Fremont location for a year and a half, sold about 2.5 million dollars worth of furniture. I know what I speak of. My GM's were outstanding. The one thing that I applaud them for is hiring talent. I was recognized and awarded. The CEO and owner is approachable and humble. They pay competitively to the industry that they are in, but they are young. They offer benefits. They are a retail selling organization. They feed you on the weekends. They have great training modules. I can't say really, and honestly anything negative about this company. It was an easy job for me.

Cons

Ok. Weekends. You will work weekends, but that is good because that is how you make your numbers. There is a commission vibe on the floor when you sell even though they are NOT commissioned based. You have metrics, but I was able to make my numbers regularly. Some locations do better than others but you can see the vision. ADP is a bit of headache.
