Management plays favorites No respect for employees No hours Micromanagement Unrealistic sales goals They don't allow you to put a two weeks in, they will just make you resign on the spot or they fire you. The so called Gels have no purpose, all the position does is to micromanage employees. Forced to sell the garbage insurance otherwise you are told to quit. Told you can not have water on floor or talk to other employees but managers sit at information desk and drink Starbucks and chat all day.
